The woman Shannon was extremely rude and unprofessional, she was getting attitudes with customers as well as cursing at a few.... She was getting loud talking bad about another employee meanwhile she was the one not doing her job. She was cursing and beingdisrespectful for everyone to hear. She was constantly complaining about the customers she was dealing with and the things shehad to do. I understand you get frustrated sometimes but I feel as though that is not appropriate while you still have customersin the store. I felt uncomfortable being there. Ordered an Ice coffee, when I arrived at the window, the price monitor was working. So I ask what my total was and I was caught... off guard so I handed the girl my cars and asked for a receipt. It took way too long to get my order. If you are in rush I would suggest to go to a different location.
Very slow service....only had 3 people working. One was doing drive thru. Order was a little messed up.
