Ordered from them. Lady had me repeat myself almost 10 times on the phone for a delivery.. When I got my order, I ended up... missing a quesadilla de pollo. I called many times they didn’t answer, ended up going there myself in person & told them I ammissing one plate.. they insisted that I got the quesadilla when I clearly showed them I didn’t. Horrible customer service. Very rude & tried to over charge me when I asked about price got mad & hung up.
The food was so good, i did not get a chance to take pictures because i had to dig in! But listen this is authentic with... authentic mexican flavors! Handmade tortillas, fresh meats with good seasonings! We will be back! And i will take pictures nexttime! 10/10! Read more
Went to pick up a grubhub order. They said the order was never placed. Confirmed with the customer and Grubhub that the order... was indeed placed. Either they forgot or they lied and I just wasted my time and gas mileage to get my grubhub acceptance ratelowered. (Response to JV's) That's between you and Grubhub. I came in for an order that was placed and you refused to listento me when I tried to explain the situation. You turned me away and made me feel uncomfortable. You deserve this 1 star review.
