When you order something from Panera, good chance that there's always something missing. And this isn't like a one time thing,... it's extremely common. Even for meals like flatbread pizzas. You can't make this up anymore. Go eat elsewhere. Read more

The girl behind the counter was not nice. Even though it was her first day she shouldn't be making faces at me, clearly being... annoyed when I was describing to her what I needed due to allergies (and judging me asking me why numerous times), and leaningagainst the counter where the breads and sweets section is. The girl that was training her was also not very nice, but not asbad as the other. It took about 15 minutes of explaining simple things to what my order was. This girl looked so crabby that Ifinally just politely said that I hope she has a better day. She said with an unkind face that it was her first day and rolledher eyes laying her head into her arms while leaning against the counter. I hope better, kinder, management will learn how toaddress and train people better. Especially what to not do around food. My buzzer went off and I went to get my order and itlooked like a deep fried chicken breast sandwich... I asked them and they said it was a seared chicken breast. I've never hadthat before...it was supposed to be a simple grilled chicken breast sandwich. But I just thought I would go for it out of trustwith Panera restaurants. As soon as I started eating it, I knew something was off, but I was very hungry and just went with it.The rest of the day I felt sick, totally bloated, and felt like I was getting food poisoning. I can leave the details out, butlet's say that I'm still suffering a bit a day later. I hope they weren't annoyed by my order and nothing went into it. I've nothad issues here before, but I know they are repeatedly trying to find help. I hope that girl does have a better day at, andlearns something from this experience (and the family of older ladies before me) because customer service is #1. And management, don't fire her, just teach her how to do well in the food business. Thank you. Read more

I went to panera today for lunch through the drive through, sat at the window for 15 minutes without any customer service. I... totally understand that it gets busy and that was not the part that I was upset about. The worker came out after 15 minutes andgave me my food, I let her know that I had not paid yet, and again I was coming from work on my lunch so I was in my workclothes. I had my work logo on my sweatshirt, she then got upset and stated "you are lucky you told me you had to pay because Iwould've remembered where you worked." I thought this was very rude as it was courteous of me to even state that I hadn't paidyet. Very disappointed in the customer service from today. Read more

Terrible experience. Ordered online due to a time crunch. Was supposed to be ready at 12:58. By 1:08 the food was still not... out. Went in the restaurant to see about it. I was told that they never got the order because their power went out. (But yetthe online alert said it was received and ready) Went out at waited some more. Finally, at 1:23 the girl brought it out. Pulling away and noticed that they did not give us utensils despite me requesting on the online order. Went BACK in and statedwe did not receive utensils and was told that "I didn't need to be rude ma'am. " I said, it's not being rude to state that Ididn't get something that I specifically requested. Then the same girl who brought our order out handed me utensils. Startedto walk away but turned around and had to go back AGAIN because she gave us forks and knives when we ordered soup andsandwiches. She was out of spoons so she had to go in the back to get some. Finally drove out of there at 1:35 for an orderthat was supposed to be for 12:58 and treated rudely through the entire frustrating process. Food was ok. Soup was good. Sandwich was bland and tasteless. They were out of sourdough so had to sub with another tasteless variety. Haven't been to aPanera for a few years and don't anticipating going back anytime soon. Came here last month to treat my friend for her birthday, though I'd been here once before. The kiosk for ordering is great,... especially for people like me that don't particularly enjoy socializing with strangers; staff has always been a pleasure when Ido have to have their help. Food is delicious and place is cozy and clean. Lots of options that hit JUST the right spot for yourmood or the weather. I had a BBQ flatbread previously and this time I had the tomato soup. Soup was quite herbal in flavor andaroma - I was quite pleased! The kitchenware, because it's white, makes the colors of the food POP. There's even a smart systemthey have set up for leaving your dishes and such. I appreciate how good this place makes me feel while I'm there. The fireplacein the back of the sitting area is gorgeous as well! Definitely hoping to make this a regular spot once I'm more capable ofgetting up there. Read more
