Food was ok but it was literally 60 degrees in the restaurant! Why?! It was too cold to sit in there and eat. We tried but had... to get up and leave. One of the employees had his sweatshirt pulled up over his head like he was freezing too. Read more
This was nowhere near freaky fast....we were hoping for a quick stop while on a road trip and it took 12 mins to get 4 slim... subs!! (There were 2 other patrons waiting in the store, and one waiting in drive through with 5 employees). When the slim subscame out, none of them had mayo and 2 of them had hard bread that seemed more than a day old. This is not the jimmy John'sstandard, based on my years of past experience. Read more
Came thru drive thru. Got home-order was wrong. Called and was told to bring it back to have it corrected. Brought it back. ... They remade it (kinda correctly) and offered no apologies.
