Update: management reached out and responded to each of my concerns. Things were made right and I am impressed with their... response. I feel comfortable changing this to a 5 star review. Go eat their salads and apply for a job if you need it! They needgood help. The salads here are phenomenal but the staff are poorly trained. I?ve had 3 salads here in a row where they forgotkey ingredients and I have had to go back. One time, the employee doubled down that he did actually put them in there. Doubtingmyself, I went back home and they still weren?t there. Additionally, I had one employee cycle through 4 different ?clean?mixing bowls, all of which had leftover food on them. She was very nervous about it all and even dropped my salad all over thefloor later down the line. I feel bad she had to deal with that. There clearly is a lack of effective management. Update: Got home and opened up the bowl. Nothing was cut up. They threw two huge slices of chicken and half an avocado in the... bowl without cutting it. I?m dumbfounded. I love crisp and green, but the workers have become so sloppy. It seems like theyhave no idea how to make any of the meals?we ordered our food ahead of time and when we walked in, there was nobody there andour food was not done. The workers were talking to each other and we had to tell them to make our food which was already orderedvia the crisp and green app. It took 2-3 workers and over 10 minutes to make ONE bowl?.they brought our bowl back to the backroom multiples times which was incredibly bizarre? when they gave us the bowl we asked if they put the bread inside of it andthe worker just said ?idk??..definitely won?t be going to the Plymouth location again. My least favorite crisp and green, but unfortunately the closest to me. Twice in a week I?ve ordered online and had issues. The... first time, I ordered and showed up at the estimated pick up time, it wasn?t ready but I was willing to be patient. I get a call5 minutes later telling me they are out of the grain for the bowl. I ask for a different salad which takes an additional 15minutes to make. Tonight I ordered a grain bowl and salad after a long wait at the ER with a relative. I come in and find thatthey are out of multiple components for both meals but are unable to give me a refund because they don?t know how to. Not surewhy I keep trying to spend my money there. Update: Finally got my refund processing on Tuesday afternoon after requesting it onFriday. Got a weak apology and excuses from corporate. Turned me off of all crisp and greens. Read more
