Waited 40 minutes for a sandwich before having to leave so I wasn't late for work, Was told they would void out the order. Got... charged for the food I never recieved. To start, my order almost took over an hour. I understand understaffing, maybe so many routes to go on and orders. It was... probably about 40-45 min waiting for it. Forgot any extra toppings I had paid for, I only got meat. No cheese or anything else Ihad asked for. No Mayo packets as it is on the receipt that I asked for extra Mayo and provolone. First off there are no signs indicating that they are not accepting walk-in orders. When you call, the phone rings continuously... and no one ever picks up. Not even a voicemail message plays. There?s someone at the counter making sandwiches as people come upto pull on the door handle. There?s nothing that indicates they?re not open or not accepting customers. The employees just walkaround as if nothing is happening. DO NOT ORDER HERE. This was my first and last time coming to this business. I will becontacting corporate as well. Read more
