Haven't been here in a while. I don't know what happened to this place. Parking lot was disgraceful, trash all over the place.... Leftover food, take out containers mostly. There is also a pf chang's which I'm sure is a contributing factor. I place moreblame on the customers than the businesses. Disgusting people with no respect for sanitary conditions, neighborhoods or respectfor others do this kind of thing. Its disheartening. We went for dinner and to watch soccer match and play some games. Diningroom was busy. There was no communication between hostess and servers. We were sat quickly, ended up waiting 15 min to beacknowledged and order drinks. First thing I said to our server was "can you get the union game on?" She responded we can dothat. We got our drinks and apps and still no game. Asked again, she said the manager couldn't find the game. I was prettyannoyed 30 min had gone by waiting for this guy who didn't seem to care about our request. So we left and went to Miller'salehouse, spent our money there and enjoyed the game. The kids got to play some video games while all this was going on, mostseemed to not operate correctly or were had varying degrees of physical/software damage. We went for a family dinner and video games. The dining room was virtually empty. We were seated right away but our waitress... took forever to take our order. Despite an empty restaurant our food took a very long time to come out and they forgot my son'sdinner. We had to ask for his meal 3 times. They finally delivered his food long after we had all finished our food. After wecomplained, they removed his dinner from our bill (but they weren't going to until we complained). The food was not very good-some dishes had zero flavor. Also, my husband and daughter ordered drinks from the bar, which also took a very long time andthe drinks tasted terrible. The video games were actually super fun and we had a wonderful time as a family in the arcade. Iwould highly recommend going for the games but I definitely would not eat (or drink) there again. Went on half-off Wednesday around 6pm with my husband and kids ages 4, 7 and 10. It was our first time back since last winter. I... really didn't want to go thinking it was going to be crowded, but it wasn't at all (we still wore our mask that being it isindoors and covid is still around.) Some people were wearing masks, majority wasn't. Glad to see it was families in there andpeople overall just enjoying eating at the restaurant/bar part and playing games. We didn't eat there so I can't make a reviewon food and service. My kids, husband and I enjoyed the new games that were there. They have plenty of games and employees fromwhat I saw. I witnessed employees wiping down the games which is great! The bathrooms were clean. Went to winners circle forprizes and the employees working in there were really nice. The games are too notch, better than you’d find in a typical arcade. They’re a lot newer than most. Most of the games are... reasonably priced and give a decent amount of tickets. The prizes are actually interesting and not a ripoff. The Eat and Playcombos are a crazy good deal. The food is nothing special, and our waitress didn’t write our order down then forgot something.But the food isn’t the reason to go to Dave & Busters anyway. Read more
