This is the worst Dunkin Donuts when it comes to customer service?.by far! The staff is not friendly at all whether you go to... the drive thru or into the store. And they charge you extra for everything. You want a cup of ice? ?You will be charged?. You want less ice? ?You will be charged?. Two pumps of caramel? You guess it, ?You will be charged?. I saw two customerswalk in the store, younger one first followed by an elderly person. Younger person was asked to use the kiosk and then thestaff catered to the elderly person. The way the staff handled the younger customer appeared very discriminatory to me. Theyounger person felt the same way and went West Philly on the staff (deservedly so). Spend your money at a different Dunkin. This store does not deserve a penny of any one?s hard-working money. Read more
Edit: THE LADY HERE REMEMBERS MY DRINK AND HAD IT READY FOR ME TODAY!!! I LOVE HER. I have recently discovered that Dunkin... Donuts has the BEST, most flavorful hazelnut syrup of any sort of coffee place. For some reason, 98% of locations mess up myorder (iced matcha latte made w oat milk, 5 pumps hazelnut, less ice).. But THIS DUNKIN GETS IT RIGHT EVERY TIME!!! I have takento only coming here if I'm able, because I know it'll always be exactly what I asked for. Love this place. Also, to reviewerswho order a large iced drink with no ice and the cup isn't full? That's because a large iced drink's price is based on therebeing ice and a set amount of coffee. What you get when you say no ice is the exact same amount of coffee that's put in if youhad ice. Why should they give you more coffee than everyone else gets because you're trying to game the system by not gettingice? Just order a hot coffee, ask for a few ice cubes on the side to cool it down, that way your cup will be full. They'd losemoney if everyone got a full cup of iced coffee when they ask for no ice. They weren't out to get you specifically. They'retrying to run a business here, and the iced coffees are priced based on x amount of liquid in each cup. Read more
It's a dunking donuts, and you'll get what you've come for. Unfortunately I can't give 4 stars to a fast-food restaurant unless... I am pleasantly surprised by food presentation and freshness. I should point out the employees were polite, I wish they had moreof these type of employees elsewhere. Read more
Staff was polite but it was way to expensive and it tastes horrible. Can?t even drink it. I?m wondering if my order was correct.... If I wanted to overpay and still get nasty coffee I would have gone to the other place with over priced nasty coffee; at leastthey wouldn?t charge me for water. Won?t be back. I?ll try to shop local.
