Attended dinner on a Saturday with a group of 9. I called 2 days prior for a reservation. We were promptly seated but waited... approx 15 min to order drinks. Our waitress explained she was the only waitress / bartender working that evening. It took usabout 1/2 hr until we could order dinner. Dinner arrived about 45 min later. Meals were not served together. People in theparty were done eating before others got their dinner. I ordered the perch, it was full of bones and mildly warm.
