Menu for What's The Scoop in Point Pleasant, WV

A fun ice cream spot with folklore monster/cryptid-themed special treats in addition to some standard menu items. The... brightly-colored furniture and storefront make this place stand out in a cheerful way. It was hard to pick what to orderbecause each featured item looked and sounded great-- I got a cookie milkshake that I think was called "Monster Crave," and itwas delicious (and very photogenic)! The weather was good, so we enjoyed our ice cream at the one table outside. The manworking that day was very nice. Nice family run place with decent priced ice cream. I love variety of table heights as one was perfect for my 4 yr old. I like... the options for a jazzed up milkshake even though I just went for the steady $2 scoop of mocha choc chip. Grab a cone and walkdown an interesting battery full of Mothman stuff. Brought my family here today and it was great! The staff were friendly and it seems lik a family run joint. Ice cream was great... and the whole building oozes history. Prices are great and the presentation is fantastic. Don't mind those 1* reviews, theydon't appreciate the fact that the whole area is a very historic district and most generally those buildings cannot be heavilyrenovated without extensive costs.
