Not as much ice cream selection as they used to have. The mocha double chocolate was delicious though.

Laura Secord Pointe-Claire is a decent ice cream shop. It is one of the only one in the mall so here is my honest opinion about... it. It used to be a bigger shop but it has since shrunk and it is now smaller than before. They have many flavors and stylesto choose from. The ice cream here is good. Love their soft serves, cones and flavors. The issue for me is the price. It is atad expensive and it is small serving. So I feel that you are not getting the right amount of ice Cream for the price. Customerservice here is decent depending on the time and date and employees will try to accommodate your orders and do the best theycan. I would reccomend for Ice cream at the mall. We went to buy a box of gift for my friend and found that there were mint flavor ( which my friend doesn't like)in that box just... 2 minutes after paying. We asked for exchange or refund but the girl said no exchange nor refund which was written on thereceipt. And her altitude was really uncomfortable. If your company has such principal, you need to let people know before theybuy but not only on the receipt!! Who could look at the receipt before paying??? The company is trying to cheat the customers.We would never come back !!!!! Read more
