The most rude manager and shift leader, rude there employees and customers. I came in with my two daughters to get pancakes,... waiting inline to order. A employee leave gives my daughter a toy that was out of the package on count to her. Seeing that Ihave two kiddos, she got another toy for my second kid. The manager starts getting a attitude with employee at the register thatdidn't even give the toys to my kiddos. After that I gave the toys back an said we don't want your toys. They tried to give thetoys back to me ,I said no. They rude lady says ,well u opened them so we can't keep them with a really rude attitude. I willnever come back to Polson micdonolds. The ice cream machine was working AND they had hazelnut syrup for iced coffee! It?s a very specific thing to review about but... for me, I know from experience McDonald?s in Montana usually don?t carry hazelnut. Read more
