Told us it would be 20 minutes for extra crispy. Then came to our table and offered us one extra crispy breast and one original... because the car in drive thru ordered a bucket of crispy after us so they ran out. Then they forgot to change the wing to a legand when we went back up for the leg, there was no crispy in that either.
