I have been going to Churchs and this one for years. Service has gone completely downhill. For one, online said the location... was open, so we came here. But nobody is inside, but chicken is sitting under the heater. So just as we are about to leave,two people who work there show up and we go in after them. I tell the guy behind the counter that I want their 16 piece familymeal from online. And he saya rudely, "We don't have a 16 piece meal." I said, "It's on the website." Again, he rudely says,"We don't have the 16 piece, the meals are all on the wall." So I placed my order and waited, and when the next person who camein spoke Spanish, service was completely different and he was so much kinder to them. Didn't know Church's was racist to peoplewho didn't speak Spanish. Horrible service, I will rethink going to Church's ever again. Read more
We went about 12 minutes to closing.. I ordered the 10 piece dark feeds 4.. They didn't have mashed potatoes or macaroni n... cheese.. They didn't have ice. They didn't give me my biscuits with my order that I paid for. We're from Victorville and wantedsome chicken. Ugh, I hate we came to this one. Hopefully it's alot better when it's way before closing. Chicken tasts like it's been sitting out for a while. They rarely make anything fresh. Everytime I come here they always... forget something. Either biscuits, or a drink it's always something. Triple check your bag before you leave. Read more
