Local brunch spot with solid menu, nice outdoor bar and seating, good service and live music. We usually hit Brew Fish once a... month or so for brunch if the weather is nice. Their menu changes from time to time, but the usual suspects including thebreakfast flatbread and Bimini French toast are worth the visit. Take Bimini bread, turn it into French toast - BAM! BiminiFrench toast. Topped with syrup and fresh fruit (usually bananas) - make sure to bring some insulin. Took a chance on the Cubanlast visit and expectations were exceeded - definitely one of the best you can find in Broward county. Randomly found this spot while driving through town and looking for a quick bite, ended up hanging out for some time. Delicious... food (had cobb salads, fish'n'chips and calamari), unpretentious canal setting with a sunset, a very good live musicianperforming - we loved it! Also observed people inside having a blast with karaoke (or was it another live performance? the guywas too good for karaoke probably, haha). Didn't have any drinks since we had two more hours to drive, but the tiki bar outsidemade me wish it was in my neighborhood - I'd be dropping by often! We found Brewfish bar and grill Pompano because we waited for a long time to be served at another near by restaurant and gave... up...we searched in Google and Brewfish was near by...what I wasn't expecting was the amazing service, beautiful water frontview and chill live music on a Sunday afternoon. I'm so happy we came here! The food was fresh and delicious and the drinks wereperfect. Such a peaceful vibe, being locals, I think we found a new favorite local bar. Our waitress Kendra was amazing andreally helped us feel like we were at home. I highly recommend this awesome place for anything local or visiting that wants achill waterfront restaurant that ALSO has great service. Read more
