Im not sure what the girls name is at the window. Shes heavy set African American only works at night. She is the most rude... person at this McDonalds I have ever encountered. Shes disgusted to take an order from customers and makes sure you do not feelcomfortable ordering. I HATE coming to this McDonalds simply because of her. Her attitude is unwelcoming and this has been goingon for a VERY long time. Its rediculous! She clearly hates being there. And Jesse the night time manager (I assume) who sheusually works with should know exactly who this girl is. Ive just become over her attitude at this point. I just left there. The drive thru guy tried to scam us out of money by making up his own total. I asked for No mustard on my... mcdouble and when I checked, I can literally see where someone scaped it off the patty and replaced the top bun. The sandwichwas so hard from being old. My husband got a cheeseburger. When he when to eat it, there was no patty!!! Like what the heck.We called to speak with a manager, but no answer. What ever happened to quality control.
