I called Edible Arrangements in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey to buy a gift for Mother's Day. The person who took my order was... professional and courteous. My Mom loved the gift. There was one minor oops in which they didn't include the balloons whichcame with the order. They definitely fixed the oops the following day. Definitely made up for it! No worries! At this point I think this location is okay with upset customers and stealing their money. I left a review on Valentine?s day... and was told to send an email. I emailed it over a month ago and still no response. Not only did this location ruin myValentine?s day, they won?t give back my money WHICH THEY SAID THEY WOULD and the people who respond to these reviews willsimply say ?aww sorry send an email? instead of figuring out how to get me my refund. I will let everyone know that thislocation is the worst and don?t order from them because you will not get your refund as promised. Update: STILL NOT REFUNDED, nostore credit or anything.
