Outstanding! I decided to try China 23 based on reviews. WOW! The best chinese I?ve had in a long time. Finally, a restaurant... that has non greasy egg rolls. The Volcano Wonton appetizer was amazing! Not overly spicy and plentiful. The pork egg fooyoung and pork lo mein were equally as tasty. The food at China 23 was very delicious!! I ordered the sesame chicken combo with fried rice. The chicken was very good and they... did not skimp out on the amount of chicken.
