Don?t waste your time. The service has gone so downhill it?s literally not worth the money for sub par food anymore. I sat at... the drive thru speaker/menu for a full 9 minutes this morning without a single acknowledgment. No ?Hello, we?ll be with you in amoment?, no ?Please give me just a moment, we?re working on an issue??nothing. I would have understood and waited patiently ifonly I knew there was someone actually taking orders?I?m not unreasonable, I know places are short staffed and things are a bitcrazy right now. But it?s how you communicate these things to your customers in times like these that matter. So I pulled up tothe window to see what was going on and the line was piling up behind me with no one in front of me. At the window, twoemployees were clearly working on an issue and I was once again ignored completely even as I patiently waited. Again, not asingle glance or acknowledgment. After about a minute, another staff member came up and took the headset from one of the staffand said that someone else would take orders. She looked at me and then turned to walk away without a single word. I did notmake a scene, I did not ask for a manager, I simply pulled away went to Wendy?s where I was greeted by a friendly worker andserved a hot & delicious breakfast in under 2 minutes. One of the few McDonald's that actually has employee's that show work ethic. There is still hope for the younger generations... after all. Whoever is in charge at this location your doing business management/employee morale correctly. I will be leaving atip next time thru if it stays the same. Keep up the good work Ponchatoula crew! Do not go in, do the drive thru. We went in and nobody was at the counter. They saw us but never came to the front. Ordered on... the machine, but it was saying large drinks were out of stock. Paid and it gave us a blank receipt. Wait time was way too longand our order never showed on the screen as "in progress". Gave us food, but took a long time to get drinks. Tried to getsomeone's attention for drinks and everyone just ignores us. This is probably the worst service of any fast food place I'vebeen. They weren't busy either. Read more

Ran in to grab a coke, French fries and a Shake, it took about 30 minutes to get all of my items, they would bring out one item... at a time, the fountain drink bring last.
