Drove up to Panera today while out and about. This location is fast and very friendly. The Panera Charged Strawberry Lemonade... Mint was on POINT! You could actually taste the mint which was absolutely refreshing... and the food is good, but this locationmade everything EXTRA fresh! Read more
I'm not sure what to say about Panera anymore. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Great bagels, pastries, ... sandwiches, soups, bread. etc. Not so anymore. Crazy expensive for the small portion sizes. According to the teens workingthere, better healthier ingredients are being used. Maybe so, but I come to Panera for tasty food, I'll go to Clean Juicefor my health. Just another reason to eat at home. Heck, Campbells soup is better than the watery broth they serve where youhave to literally search for a piece of protein. It's a shame because we used to love this place. Read more
Location always tries to close early, always out of everything. Come on a bread restaurant that is out of bread consistently?... Makes no sense. Trends can show more items need to be made. Sign of poor management. Read more
I worked here for over a year, and I absolutely loved it. The staff was extremely nice and made everyone comfortable no matter... who you are. The managers kept the place so clean, and were extremely responsible with getting things done. I couldn?t haveasked for a better place to work. So sad to leave. Read more

Ordered a breakfast item for pick but when I arrived I was told it?s no longer available but another order with the label... clearly had my breakfast item and no one was picking it up but I was told that the App made the mistake and they can?t predictwhen items will sell out. On a subsequent and last ever visit to this location: I ordered at 8:10 AM a combination of breakfastand lunch items plus hot coffees. The App indicated that my order should be ready at 8:21 AM. I arrived at 8:19 and noticeddrinks ready and on the counter and everyone that arrived after me already left with their order so at 8:30 and my order wasn?tcompleted yet, I asked if the coffees on the counter are part of my order and if I?d drink one of them but I was told no and myorder isn?t completed yet and another employee came over and forcefully opened the lid of one of the drinks and spilled it allover the counter and stated it?s still warm and agreed to redo the hot drinks but a third employee at 8:35 AM came out ofsomewhere and told me that I shouldn?t order a lunch sandwich item this early because it?ll take 20 minutes to prepare but Iresponded that even based on the App prediction the order should?ve been ready 15 minutes ago and was ordered 25 minutes ago andagain my coffee was sitting on the counter and I can?t drink it and it?s getting cold so I asked to cancel the order as Icouldn?t trust it?d be done correctly or be sanitary as it was clear the employees didn?t have anything working behind thecounter or basic training in processing order or to at least treat people the same way they expect to be treated so I was toldthe order is canceled and my refund will appear in 24 hours but to make the insult worse they offered me whatever they?repreparing or not my full order for free which I completely refused especially that I wasn?t invited to sip on my own drink whichI already paid for after waiting for more than 20 minutes inside and why would they prepare a hot drink more than 20 Read more
