FYI before I start,I do agree with the most of the reviews but today was different. Finally, employees that are friendly and... won't lie and say things like yes,I made this " grilled" cheese sandwich myself and it wasn't grilled but microwaved,<< that wasmy last experience at Dunkin. Meet Devin and Bree ,2 Dunkin Donuts employees that made me feel comfortable and made the productright which was a large frozen hot chocolate drink. Y'all need to learn from these 2 friendly faces. Waste of money, Rude employees, and horrible service. The bagels we ordered with cream cheese smelled like cleaning bleach, and... tasted bad our order of donuts were wrong and our coffees (2) were ordered with cream and sugar and they had nothing add tothem! We asked for napkins twice and they just never responded. What a waste of money$ Read more
This dunkin is a mess. No managers on duty, "out of cold drinks completely", they said. Idk how that's even possible. 2 very... young employees running the whole establishment, I don't even think they were 18 & corporate doesn't care to help them. Multiplepeople have reached out to corporate to get them some help and corporate doesn't respond at all. I avoid this place completely. Read more

This place is always out of wack, while I understand the worker shortage I've seen the place with only two workers where the... lobby and drive thru are both open. As someone who has worked in food service I can tell these poor people are overworked andstretched too thin. They should close down the lobby or drive Thru if they don't have enough workers Also this location isalways out of stuff. I've tried to come here several times for pumpkin flavored things this fall (donuts, munchkins, muffinsetc) and they always say they are out. The coffee always tastes like the espresso has been old and sitting out instead of freshshots. The other Pooler location is a lot better. Read more
