The drive-thru is always long and takes forever. I should of known better and put an online order, but it was a last minute... stop. So going inside and ordering is the easy part, but you will have to wait over 20 minutes when you order inside...which isclose to just sitting in the drive-thru line as well. What a trainwreck. I understand when there's new people, but 45min for a coffee?! The staff didn't know how to watch for mobile... orders, didn't ask management for help, and the drive through line was wrapped all the way down the road because it was so slow.I feel terrible for the very polite and personable manager Katherine because I'm sure I wasn't the only one with a complaint,and she was clearly doing her best with what she had to work with. Listening to her staff be disrespectful to her in front ofpeople was awful. She tried to keep it in check without making a scene, but omg they were rude!! I love Starbucks, but this one?Not it. I'm not a fan of the remodel either, but that's moderately irrelevant. It was clean, and set up well enough to befunctional. There should be more space by the pickup counter as that's where people congregate while waiting for orders. No onewants to wait across the store by the bathroom, which is the only place left to wait when there's more than a few people. Read more
They were a little backed up, about a 20 minute wait. Didn't mind one bit. They were professional, atmosphere was relaxing and... everyone was motivated to provide the best service. Even compensated everyone who waited a $4 gift card for futurepurchase. Coffee was made to perfection!! 10 out of 10. Definitely will stop on my way back from vacation. Recommend to alltravelers. The people here make this place shine and the word must be out. The drive through line was killer, all the way out to the road,... almost left but I am glad I didn?t! My ?quick? stop for a coffee to stay awake for the drive home turned into hours. 4 cars fromthe window I turned off the car, seemed to be running hot, and whoosh! Steam flowing out from the hood and when I got out therewas a lot of water on the ground. An employee just arriving said he had seen it before and went to get help warning not to turnthe car back on. So we went in to get the coffee ordered and they gave it to me free with this kind note. These people wereslammed. They were so great. It made a long stressful day just a bit better. Thank you!!! I haven't been here in months due to the unreasonable wait times for mobile orders. I am sitting at the location as I type this... and I ordered my food/drinks over 30 minutes ago. This isn't the first, second or third time. I remember why I left in the firstplace. I understand the employees are doing their best. I wish the company would listen to customer complaints.
