I contacted Tony to see if he was willing to be a vendor for a school wide event. I was really impressed with Tony and his... communication prior to the event. We met to discuss where he could put his trailer, he was also super detailed and thoroughtalking out options for our event. I will most definitely use Tony again, highly recommend his food options, especially ifyou are in need of a food truck! Read more
I made my way out to Poolesville about 2 weeks ago to check out Tony. 1st - let me say, the area/establishment was extremely... clean. His food Truck was very well kept & maintained, Menu & handouts were very well accessable. 2 - The menu is diverse, butalso very familiar if you are a bbq fanatic. You will not starve, or be wanting more if you choose correctly. Take a look atit. My FAVOURITE was the 3 meat combo, with Ribs, Pulled Chicken, and Smoked Sausage. ABSOLUTELY delicious, but the star of theshow were most DEFINITELY the Ribs. Juicy, succulent, fall of the bone with minimal effort. 3 - Tony is an extremeprofessional, as well as a very friendly person...for me, I could tell right off the bat that he cares about & enjoys what hedoes, but also cares about his customers. I was treated with the utmost respect, and I just got the sense that the food trulywas made with love & passion. How? It was in the flavour. Packaging was great! Presentation was great! The pulled brisket sandwich , fries, and beans were delicious. Anytime I am in Poolesville this will be my goto place.
Very good and super friendly, I made the mistake of not realizing that a platter is meat without a sandwich bun, at other places... I think of a platter as a sandwich with extra sides. The platter was good though and you get more meat that way. Macaroni andcheese was also good. Stop by if you are around town. Read more
