I take my oldest here to reconnect over a yummy plate of hot saucy food and let me tell you, this place is so welcoming and... clean! The staff here are one of the best parts. I have been remiss in not posting a Faxoli review. Now I have to hurry before my husband eats everything. We redeemed a BOGO... lasagna today. My husband thought he?d need extra sauce before he cut into his. The meaty sauce was squeezed out and he was veryhappy. The breadsticks were hot & buttery, not soggy. Brooke was very attentive and loves visiting with guests when she?s notbusy. We always have their salad, which is fresh & colorful. Oh, mustn?t forget that they play Christian music! My husband and I just got home from there. Order two spaghetti orders one with meat balls and the other with out. Both was with... very little sauce the one with meat balls he didn?t get any. They were served on little saucers my husband?s lasagna was smallsquare and not very good. We seriously tip well and don?t complain but the meal was really bad the salads were good and nicesize I also ordered mild wings and it burned the inside of my mouth but my husband liked them. My husband and I love to eat here and the other night we went through the drive through and ordered and we waited but the... cashier said we are so sorry but we made a mistake with part of your order and we are fixing it and if you could just pullforward we will have it out to you in about 15 minutes and they did and they also gave a coupon for 5.00 off our next purchase.I want to say to the team and management that was working that night Thank You for seeing the problem that the staff cookingmade and fixed it. You could have easily just put it together handed it to us and it be wrong but you didn't you explained themistake that was made and rewarded us as well. We will be back to eat again.
