Delicious food and wonderful service! There is a dress code (shorts are OK for men but button down or collared shirt required).

Went with a party of 9 celebrating a birthday, food was 5/10, waiter service was pretty good. General manager ended up kicking... us out not even 2 minutes after finishing dessert while still drinking our wine bottles. We also noticed the general manager asshe walked around our table trying to peak at how much we had to pay in the end and laughing about it. We spent over a grand tobe disrespected and kicked out while still enjoying our drinks. Read more

My husband got the lobster and steak and I got the duck and it was so delicious! We even got an appetizer to share of the quail... and yum! We also shared a bottle of wine! Great cooks, great food, great service! Read more

Wow, totally wish I would have read the reviews on here before I tried Roosevelt's. They require reservations but when you call... ahead to reserve a table they just lose your reservation? Also the staff is straight up mean and rude. The restaurant itself isteeny tiny and does not give that formal dining feeling one would expect for the meal prices. For someone wanting to have a nicedinner the mean staff, hospital grade overhead lighting, and communal dining tables do not cut it at all. At the very leastoffer a kind and welcoming demeanor to customers. Part of upscale dining is having the emotional intelligence to treat yourpaying customers kindly and graciously. Read more

I usually never give a one-star review but my experience at Roosevelt's was absolutely awful. I booked a reservation here months... in advance for my birthday trip and confirmed my time and date. I was so excited to have dinner here with my husband for mybirthday as I had read online how great the food is. Unfortunately, when we arrived the hostess said she could not find myreservation. She raised her voice and told me to "speak up" as she waved menus around clearly frustrated at the situation. Sheand the other hostesses were very rude (eye-rolling, stomping, huffing) needless to say standing there being yelled at in frontof the restaurant on my birthday for something that was not my fault was very humiliating. I began to get teary-eyed and that iswhen suddenly they were able to find our table...we did not stay for dinner. I could not sit there and enjoy a glass of wine orfood from people who would so easily berate and humiliate a customer over their own mistake in booking. The basic rule inhospitality is respect. If you cannot get that down, you should not be in the food service industry. Luckily, my husband calledaround and we found a much better place where the staff is welcoming, kind, and the food is unparalleled. Montego Bay. The onlyplace on the island that provides a true fine dining experience with ambiance and hospitality. They also do not make you cry onyour birthday. You get chocolate martinis instead <3 Read more
