Decided to try this restaurant out as it was highly recommended by a few people. Had such a horrible experience that it doesn?t... even matter that the food was good. We ordered our food and asked for the wait time because we had to be somewhere at a certaintime. They said 20min we said ok that?s fine and placed our order. Now I understand things happen and get backed up. But Iabsolutely do not understand why our food in total took 55min and we saw at least 4 people/groups come in after us get theirfood before us and order the same things we did. That?s just ridiculous and when we asked we were just told they were waiting onfries and they were in a rush. One man came after us and ordered a burger and fries same as us and the waitress thought insteadof calling him through the window that we wouldn?t notice if she went around and we called her out when she came out through theback and handed him his food and all she said was ?I know? We told her to just give us a refund and then she started packing upour order. Seriously!!! this is after at least 4 ordered and got their food after us. Now I know we don?t fit the Muskoka lookwe are 100% latinos and look like it and everyone served before us was obviously white Canadian but that is straight racism! Wemissed our event and were discriminated like never before based on the color of our skin. DO BETTER, EVERYONE REGARDLESS OF SKINCOLOR DESERVES TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND OFFERED GOOD SERVICE!!!! Read more
We enjoyed coop tonight as a family of four! We had fabulous service. A little mistake with the meal but the issue was resolved... right away from the server and then the manager. The manager sat with us and chatted us up. He explained about the mistake andtook care of it. The manager and server this evening were top notch! Will visit this location again next summer. Disappointing. Food was great but overpriced. Service was horrible. Waited awkwardly at the front door and wasn?t even greeted... by staff. Was finally seated, 20 minutes went by before my husband had to go inside to get someone. Then another 5-10 minuteslater a server finally came out. Was not busy at all. Bathroom was also disgusting. Food was okay. Tiny portion for cost. Nothing comes with fries. The severs really didn?t want to be bothered with anyone at the... take-out window. I should have just reached in to grab my bag rather than wait ten minutes for someone to come help the growingline of customers. ???? I look forward to seeing which new restaurant is here next year. There were empty tables, yet we were told we needed to wait 20 min to be seated. We then wanted to order take out at the window,... the girls said she had stuff to do and slammed the window shut in our face twice during the 10 minutes we were trying to placean order. Finally we sat down (because miraculously a table became available right there and then) and ordere what can only bedescribed as the most expensive sandwiches in the universe. I mean $19 for just a sandwich. Even if it was the best in the worldas per the server's statement (and it definitely was NOT) it's still a chicken sandwich. The server girl was the rudest I'veever been treated at a restaurant; zero interest, zero genuine politeness, a fake smile and an attitude to go with it all. Read more
