Incredibly rude girl on the phone on Friday Dec. 2, 2022.. At around 8:00 PM.. She rudely hung the phone up on my face when I... was trying to order over the phone at the Local Pizza Shop in Port Charlotte near the mini Walmart.. She asked me to place theorder online and I couldn't because I didn't have excess to the internet at the time.. She didn't care . I'll never do businesswith Domino's again.. Read more
The pizza is normally good, prices are okay. Staff at this location doesn't seem to know or care about customer service. Very... fast spoken, short, and dismissive on the phone. Perfectly okay and nonchalant about pizza being 25-30 minutes late. Wouldn't goas far as saying "rude", but definitely not speaking to people the way I'm sure they expect to be spoken to when they interactwith businesses as a paying customer. Read more
Placed order at 11 this AM to be picked up at 6. Got there at 6. Couldn't find my order. Once they found it, they said it was... not even in the oven at it will be 10 minutes. When I got home to sink my teeth into my pepperoni and jalapeno pizza, it turnedout to be mushrooms, black olives and pineapple! ???? and for them to straight out the oven they are pretty cold!! Good pizza, but check your order before you leave. Three times in 12 months they've messed up our order or just given us the... wrong pizza... probably somebody else's pizza, which means somebody else also had to make two trips. Good pizza, though! Checkyour order before you leave. Read more
