This place has gone so far downhill, I don't think there's any chance it can come back up. No "Welcome to Moe's" when you walk... in, no casual conversation. Just "what would you like", and then proceed to make the exact opposite. The first girl that startedmaking our food was rude and seemed like we were an inconvenience. The second girl was nice and tried to keep things pleasant. The cashier was pretty chatty, but also kind of condescending. Spent around 45 bucks for 2 adults and 1 ten year old. Way overpriced for the service and the not so good food. I'll stick with 3 pepper Read more

I hadnt been here in a while but was hungry and it was right next door to a store i had to stop at. The place was... understaffed, so I'm sure most of the issues I saw with the cleanliness of the place was due to that. There was nomanagement, according to what I overheard, and they were having trouble hiring. With that said, the staff was doing what theycould to keep up with orders and doing a decent job. Food wasn't what i remembered, but it wasn't horrible. Again, probablydue to the understaffing. All in all, i don't think I'll return for a while. Read more

Behind the counter was filthy, which is saying something for the place only being open for an hour before we ordered, the... lettuce in the salad was slimy and inedible. And the worker dishing my salad was using his hands instead of the tongs/spoons.The workers were practically running around with their heads cut off. Save the chance of food poisoning and go to Chipotle oranywhere else. Read more

Four workers. Two people in front of me. It takes 4 people 15 minutes to make two burritos. I always have to walk out because... they are so slow. They ignore customers and don't seem interested in working. Different workers everytime but half the time it'sthe same sloth pace. I don't want to wait 20 or 30 minutes for a burrito. I can buy one at the store for $2 and nuke it myselffaster and they want $10 for it. Read more

There are very few places that are so terrible that it leaves you impressed at the perfect synchronization of awfulness. This... moes is one of them. The service, food, and cleanliness of this establishment is so poor that it makes you wonder if the ownerhas seen every episode of "kitchen nightmare's" and said to himself "Hold my beer I can smash this." Not only were they out ofalmost every ingredient at 6pm there was no desire to replenish what was missing. The remnants of each ingredient bin werelazily scraped out of the bottom of each bin and the quality of these ingredients matched those of a prisoner of war camp inVietnam. The only part of this meal that I walked away feeling good about was that I took the last of everything and spared therest of the world from having to digest something ants wouldn't call food. You can thank me if you see me for sparing you fromthe sin which is the food here. The combination of stale chips and old soggy ingredients resulted in a symphony of blandness andI walked out of this establishment feeling more sore bloated and uncomfortable then a night at my uncles house. Avoid this placeunless you want to marvel at the 9th wonder of the world, sitting there stuffing your face with year old tortilla chips, anddiscuss how such an establishment can remain in business. This place literally made me realize that I try to hard in life and Ineed to lower my standards and work ethic to match this dismal business model. If this place is able to stay afloat with 1%effort maybe I can too. Read more
