Visited this excellent Peruvian restaurant for a second time with my family. As a Peruvian who knows Peruvian food and is very... critical about the right seasoning, this bistro nailed it. They have most of Peruvian typical dishes plus others with a modernupdate & flavor. Had the ceviche, pulpo a la parilla, jalea and decided to have one of their vegetarian dishes, tallarínhuancaina which I enjoyed to its fullest. The rest of the family had lomo salteado and pollo a la brasa, which all were off thehook. The homemade chicha mora was delicious. The atmosphere and service were excellent. THEN in addition to that they give you a recommended tip of 18-22 percent ON TOP of the bill already added with the 18 percenttip. Really bad business.
