We're up north (well, if Ohio is north) in the lake county, so, I'm in search of a good walleye fish dinner. It shouldn't be... hard to find, right? But why did my walleye come out looking like it was swimming on the plate. I ordered it broiled, notboiled! So, I did the best that I could, squeezing the lemons into the "soup" and adding a bit of the white wine sauce from themussels (they were pretty good) plus a little salt and pepper. Saved by the mussels from PEI! I think we need to go farthernorth, MI, MN, to find that perfect walleye dinner. Onward! Read more
Pretty nice place with a great feel right on the beach. Indoor and outdoor seating is available and there is even seating on the... beach. Once you're done you can just hang out on the beach on soume lunge chairs. The food amd drinks are great and filling andthe staff was friendly and prompt. Read more
View was great, our server was great.... unfortunately that was it. The bugs flying around your face and food ruined the... evening. A couple fans around would keep the bugs away from guest but not a one to be found to help. We had so so ribs (meatwas to dry) and the rib eye was the worst piece of meat I've ever tried to eat.
