worst customer service. my pizza was made incorrectly so i took it back requesting the pizza i had ordered. i had to purchase an... entirely new pizza on top of the incorrect pizza i already paid for. the arancini that i also paid for were burnt to a crisp andinedible. waste of money and time. never going back. Driving through town, we stopped off at this place for a slice. They didn't have any slices, but the guy offered to make some... and wanted to know what kind we would like. We said Hawaiian, and he mentioned it would be 15-20 mins. We walked around townwhile we waited. Got back to the shop 20 mins later. He said... We just sold the last Hawaiian as we didn't think you would comeback. So we just wasted 20 mins for absolutely nothing. Handy tip; this Pizzaville location is an absolute joke. Read more

I don't understand why I can't pick up a pizza I ordered ahead of time, without being kicked out because of the 4 person limit.... Other than that, its alright i guess. Just super annoying when the staff acts all stuck up, almost all the time. Read more
