Their beers are pretty good but the food is awful. Over salted and they fry all of their vegetables. My fries were so salty they were crunchy with salt. The bottom of my bowl of Brussels sprouts had about a half inch of oil.
Admittedly, I don?t drink a lot of beer but the few I?ve had from here were pretty good. Love the idea of refillable growlers to reduce waste. We mostly order take out and we love the vegetarian/vegan options. Staff is always friendly and pleasant.
Good beer. Knowledge people. Very attentive. If you are looking for someplace with a good variety of craft beer. You will not be disappointed if you go here. For those of you whom are not into beer. They do have a full bar.
Good beer, good food (vegan and vegetarian appetizers) and nice drinks (cocktails). Must visit while on search for scenic routes on the Delaware river.
Awesome venue. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It was a Friday evening and there were about 15 of us. They had no problem putting together tables so all of us could fit (didn?t even really need to wait that long). We were constantly checked in on, being asked if we needed more drinks or anything else. On top of that, the food was great (they have GF and vegan options which is always a plus). Super affordable and such a great atmosphere. Very family friendly, too. Definitely would come here again as we had a great experience!
This place is amazing- my wife and I live in Forestburgh and go here a few times a month to get lunch and a beer on the weekend. The staff is top notch, beer is great, and the food is unique for a brewery. Highly recommend the farmers platter.
Very consistent every time I eat here, I love the barbecue cheese fries & that they have vegan/vegetarian options. The customer service is always excellent, the bartender with the big beard knows how to communicate/run a business. They have some cool art for sale on display right now & also have merchandise for sale in the other room, def gotta check that out if you go. Chill vibes good eats!
The beer is pretty spot on. I really enjoyed several of the beers I tried. The food was really great also. My wife is a vegetarian and the had interesting fun stuff for her also. We got a buffalo fry bowl and a couple of flights. The location was very chill and our bartender was excellent. All in all a great experience.
One of the best reason to visit Port Jervis is to experience Fox N Hare Brewing Co.. We offer a great time for people everywhere and our tasteful coffee is the reason people keep coming back for more. If you'd like to ask us some questions or make a reservation call us at (845) 672-0100.
