I would try another chinese place this place is not timely for pickup orders. Called in order at 345 and was not ready for... pickup until 425 nearly 40 min thus we missed the Ferry Read more
Update: not sure what happened but this place is not good anymore. Food was cold, some was obviously leftovers from... yesterday, dry and burnt. This was my favorite place, but sadly they lost my business Read more

I spent quite a bit of money on delivery from China West tonight, including being charged for soy sauce and hot mustard. I made... a couple substitutions to my order also, which weren't granted. When I received my order, there was no sauce. No sweet and sourfor my sweet and sour chicken, no hot mustard which I paid extra for. No soy sauce which I also paid extra for. I called ChinaWest to complain about the many issues with my order and the lady I spoke with literally said "What do you want me to do aboutit?" in a very nasty tone. And when I explained that I wasn't happy about being charged for items I didn't receive she told meshe was done talking to me and hung up on me. My family and I have been going to China West for 3 decades or more and havealways enjoyed their food. But you DO NOT treat customers this way. Not ever!
