Very friendly people! Even gave me extra Carmel for mine and my mother's drink. I will be going back!
Won?t be coming back. After the remodel, Starbucks moved their ordering sign back and I accidentally passed it out of habit from... being a loyal customer. We all know how long that drive through line is so I waited patiently, got to the front and explainedwhat happened. The young man at the window assured me I was not the only one who?s done that and won?t be the last. I wasapologetic and he said I had to get back in line to order and wait all over again. He wouldn?t let me take my order at thewindow. Wouldn?t offer me a one time pass. Did not care and was quick to pass me. For a company that prides themselves oncustomer satisfaction, they should also pride themselves on hiring employees who know how to provide that. I want to like this location cause it's so convenient, but they make my drink wrong every time and it's a very simple drink.... I've came inside to correct it each time and the last time I did, I watched the barista make it incorrectly. I took a sip, askedif the correct ingredients were added because it didn't taste like it and I couldn't see any of the extra cinnamon in the cupand they lied and said they did. I didn't have time to bicker with them, so I took my drink and left.
