Terrible. Order online get 1 ITEM correct. I dont like the cheesy anything so thanks for slathering that on everything I'll... never eat. They wont answer phone. Toss $20 in the trash...now where to eat. Same happens in the drive through. Maybe require aGED for your staff eh because 3 tmes .... is a pattern. Go to any Taco Bell but this one. Read more
Unlike other Taco bells in the area, this is the only one who gets our food order correct every time. Carissa made sure... everything was in my order and gave us a variety of hot sauces to try since we couldn't make up our minds. Thank you! Read more
This Taco Bell location has ZERO employees that train in customer service. Not busy when you are waiting to place a order and... the all the employees are more focus on drive-thur than customers waiting to place orders at the counter. They see you standingthere but could care less. I highly recommend going somewhere else than this location. Read more
So disappointed by the behavior of this staff. Cussing and arguing in front of children. Family before mine was there waiting 30... minutes for 6 burritos. We waited 20+minutes for our larger order. It was wrong, missing so many items, literally just threwtogether and we also asked for our burritos to be grilled. They melted PLASTIC on the inside and outside of the burrito. Totallyhurt my teeth. Very disappointed once again. I keep going back hoping it's going to get better. I understand times are rough right now and... things are hard especially for the businesses. Every time I order when I get home I'm missing an item. I tried to call but noone ever answers the phone. Tonight I ordered a Mexican pizza 2 soft tacos and 2 pinos and cheese I did not get one of the softtacos and the Mexican pizza had hamburger and steak.
