It may have been due to a lack of business, but my lunch order was up before I could get my drink. On previous visits I waited... 20 minutes or more. The service was great and the food was typical Taco Bell. Because of the great service, my first taco wasthe hottest I've ever had at a Bell. I hope the lack of business doesn't have an adverse effect on their longevity. Read more
This was the absolute WORST service I've ever had. Tried the drive through and they told us to hold, sat there 5 mins, asked... again, they said to hold. So we decided to go in. Walked in and not a single employee was working. One was standing against thewall in the back eating a taco, 2 more were scrolling on their phones, the guy who took our order was just standing therechewing on a straw .. did not acknowledge us wanting to order, just stared at me chewing in a straw. So, I just gave him myorder, then he had to ask me 3 times what I was getting after very clearly ordering my 3 items.... they didn't call our orderout, when I asked for a manager he said "they gone". Horrible service. Ordered the chicken chalupa and it only had a small amount of meat. Megan stated she was the manager but she... was extremely rude and stated, ?The only way she will get more chicken is if she pays for it.? I tried to take a picture but shesnatched it and called me outside of my names. Her employees behave more professional than the ?manager.? This is the secondtime my order had a small amount of chicken and had to return. I would rather drive to the Taco Bell in Panama City then to evergo to the local Taco Bell. Read more
Absolutely not a good place to go and eat. We got into Port St. Joe late and most places were closed. We decided on Taco Bell... and thankfully chose to not go through the drive-thru window but to go in instead. Through the walk-in doors, we could see theperson at the window was playing in his hair. He had long dreads that he kept rubbing his gloved hands through while alsodancing. We turned right around and did not order. That was not sanitary in the least!
