My experiences have been very positive in general for this establishment, the coffee tea and food are delicious! This 1 star... review is for one individual who works at this establishment: Sal On on one occasion I was about to enter the bathroom with mybaby and he walked fast around me and stayed in for 30+ minutes: I let that go; things happen. I gave the benefit of the doubt,though it seemed to me a bit rude. But today is where my benefit of the doubt has been spent. I was standing by the registerordering and paying for my food and coffee, he pushed around me while I was holding my sleeping baby on my shoulder and blurtedout ?MOVE?. When I said ?excuse me?? He simply smirked and tried to laugh it off. I said ?an ?excuse me? would have done justfine? I am apprehensive to return again after today after visiting this location for years now, if I see this man in theestablishment while I am there I will be sure to leave quickly. Read more
Just wow! What an amazing experience today at Zeus coffee & dessert bar! Went with my kids and it was exceptional customer... service, delicious coffee, and pastries!!!! Salvatore was the one who served us. He was literally the most genuinely nice,caring person! Super attentive and made sure we were more than well taken care of! I have been a regular customer at this establishment for probably about three years. I have literally came to this coffee shop... every single day, and I have never had a problem with any of the staff except one person. There?s some weird old creepy guy thatthey hired and aside from the looks that I see him give other young ladies, the professionalism from this gentleman is absent.He?s insolent short with customers, I have personally witnessed health code violations, and as much as I have loved this placein the past, I am currently looking for a new coffee spot until things change. I posted a good review 4 months ago, I was a regular customer. Now things changed, there are new owners and the hole concept... changed. Starting with the ambience and decoration, menu and food presentation. I was so disappointed, they still serve goodcoffee, but it's not the same enjoying a good cup of coffee in a nice porcelain, ceramic or even glass cup than cheap cardboardlike a fast food place. That for coffee lovers is a big deal and a game changer. You use to feel like home drinking your coffeeat this place, now probably Dunking or Starbucks will make more sence.
