Worse food and rudest staff in Indiana. Ordered a full order of ravioli for $18.00, a half order of spaghetti and Primo nochos... for delivery and paid $60.00. Received 4 ravioli, spaghetti with a 1/4 cup of sauce and nachos with very little cheese and very,little meat. All food was cold and unbeatable. Food was placed on the ground and no one rang the bell or knocked.dd When Icalled the person was confused and did not know what she was doing or saying. I asked for a manager and was told they didn'tdeliver my food. They must have sold my order to someone to deliver it because my on line order says delivery. I am usually very happy with the pizza from here, but not today. Was told an hour and twenty minute delivery time, and was happy... when pizza arrived in under an hour. -Probably because it hadn?t been cooked all the way. First time at the Portage location. First I have to say, have some muscles because both doors in the entrance are heavy. The... pizza was okay. The chicago style pizza was not cut and the crust. First, If you're not a local you're not going to like this stuff. It's the taste is 98% salt cracker with ketchup and charm... cheddar being microwaved for 20 seconds too long. I tried this and could not taste a difference between the two. For mytastebuds they were identical. Second, this "pizza" is extremely expensive. The quality just isn't there and I don't understandhow it's possible to sell such a poor quality product for such a high price, in a low income area.
