My wife went there for lunch and her chicken was raw in the middle. I called up there and talked to the manager Zachary and he... told me that she could come in either today(which was yesterday) or tomorrow(which is today) for a full refund and a couple freemeal coupons. My wife went in today and Zachary wasn't there but the manager Bre was and she was completely rude and acted likeshe could careless that my wife was served raw chicken. She only refunded the order no coupons or anything to make up forserving her raw food. We will never come back to this location all because of the manager Bre. Worst manager we have ever dealtwith from a Arby's and we travel all over the country. Read more

VERY busy tonight, drive thru backed up. I went inside as I had appointment. Here is what I heard, sorry for the wait as orders... were given to customers. Then I heard what I believe to be a manager or lead tell his crew, "you guys are doing great, awesometeam". Now that is how you run a business and grow a team.
