I visited this biggby on south westnedge in portage mi on veterans day 2022. I was treated with so much respect & honor. Thank... you for supporting veterans! They even gave my son, who is not a veteran a free coffee, plus a coupon for me to get a specialtydrink. I believe it may have been the owner of this franchise, so he would have had that authority to make that decision. Justwanted to let you know, you made my day & I'm very appreciative of what you did.
