I hate this location! Go to taco bell instead! See my update below. ???? Last few visits the staff was unpleasant. I don't... expect people working in customer service to always be smiling and going above and beyond. But, lately the first window doesn'tdouble check our total and will just say, "Here." and hand us our card and at the second window they just hand us our foodwithout a word and close the window. They have also been making a lot of mistakes. Today I ordered a large unsweetened tea anda large sprite. No food with it. They still messed it up by giving me a sweet tea. I HATE sweet tea. Luckily my husband likesit. I will likely not visit this location anymore. UPDATE: My husband drove through here for a quick dinner as we had helped myin-laws with moving all weekend and we were exhausted. He ordered a quarter pounder meal, a ten piece chicken nugget meal, and acheeseburger kids meal. The woman at the window handed out his pop which had a large break down the side and got pop all overhim. He asked for an extra cup and explained the problem and she stared at him for a moment before saying, "Ugh!" And grabbing acup. Then he asked for the drink for the kids meal as we hadn't received one and she told him, "We don't have any apple juice."So my husband said, "Okay, do you have any milk?" And she sighed at him and rolled her eyes before stomping over to get a milkwhich she tossed at him. We then get home and I have no hot mustard for my chicken nuggets. I hate this location! 2nd time I've went here and both times order the same. One nugget happy meal, one cheese burger happy meal. Both times they've... given me two cheese burger happy meals. My youngest will eat it but she wanted nuggets. How hard is it to double check the foodbefore it leaves the window?? Read more
The worst McDonald's experience I have ever experienced in my life it was completely horrible. The customer service was... horrifying. well I went there on 9/3/2022 around 5pm after going to Air zoo with the kiddos. When we first arrived there was noone at the front counter to take my order so I waited 10 minutes before asking for help. After the wait the guy came to thecounter to take my order with the foulest disposition ever he being to rush me and was very impolite. Once I complete my order Irealized that I need to make some changes(due to being rushed) I went to the counter and waited for and additional 5 minutesuntil he came back to the counter rudely asking me what did I want I let him know that I needed to make corrections to my orderhe let me know that he did not know how to do that and his manager was nowhere to be found. So I left the counter without makingmy changes because he let me know he didn't know how to do that. I continue to wait for my food which took 20 minutes to getdone. Once the order was finally up and came to the table the order was completely wrong also the food was not fresh. I wentback to the counter to let him know my order was completely wrong and he then begun to throw cups at me he started yelling andcrying as well as cursing. I could tell he was overwhelmed because he was the only one there working up front and he did notknow what he was doing, so I tried calming him down because my children were there I told him that it's was fine I didn't needall the food I paid for and my children, myself and the other customers just walked out. I never got my food nor my money. Itried to call today to report it to management, but the line was busy. Seems every single McDonald's location has a special talent for forgetting apple pies in the order. Not sure what it is, but... that menu item is cursed or something haha. It's either they forget entirely, or they take so long to give it to you that itgoes from fast food to slow food. Read more

Worst McDonald?s experience ever. They messed up my McDouble so when I drove back around the MANAGER told me to give the food... back so I did (I worked for McDonald?s while I was in high school and know due to food safety, they cannot accept food backthrough the window.) After being belittled, she came back to give me my food. I made sure to check it this time while at thewindow. The manager told me to ?get the F out of here? I hope she gets fired.
