What a huge disappointment! We used to love El Rancho, but the service has declined. How sad!
Apparently they close at 7 and not 8pm, won?t answer the phone between those hours. Which is unfortunate since they?re missing... out on business during that time. Read more
Everytime we go the food is okay.. the service is friendly enough. You never have to wait for an open table. But this time we... stayed a little late, and I guess they didn't like that, so when they offered the fried bread and we accepted it to go, wedidn't think they'd drop their quality just to get us out. Fried on the outside and raw dough on the inside. On every. Single.Piece. Will be going back to give them their uncooked food and will be the last time to give them a chance. Sad that thestandards here are so low and you have to drive 30mins to 2hrs away for decent food. Read more
