Terrible service! We had to ask for refills from any wait staff passing by! Our waitress was MIA after our food came out! A... large party was seated next to us and they waited on them like royalty! Brought them napkins, and refilled their drinks. Thisincluded our waitress and the two male managers. We concluded that they had to be somewhat related to them! I complained to oneof the managers and he passed me off to the other one..while I was explaining what was going on.. he picked up a running kid andtook him to whoever he belonged to and left me standing there for several minutes! I went and sat back down.. he came around toour table. I complained and he offered a discount.. which we did not take! The family behind us also was treated like wewere... so we asked the manager to give them the discount he offered us. Even, after the terrible service we received..we lefta tip for the waitress. We give praise when we receive good service and sometimes when we don't.. we don't complain but thisincident was too much! When the 2 male managers passed our table and did not offer to refill our drinks, (we even left our emptyglasses at the end of the table so they can be visible) it was time to say something. Staff is always friendly. Except for the manager. Not the 1st time she sees us walk in and she walks away instead of greeting... and telling us to wait. The servers are way better example of how manager should be. Food is good always. Read more
What an amazing manager this morning! She was very centered on the customers needs and went above an beyond to accommodate... people despite the busyness of the restaurant.
