Customer service, terrible. Competence, NONE. Attention to details, completely disregarded. Typically people use napkins to... clean their hands. So when being given food maybe adding some to the bag would be nice!! Read more
Customer Service doesn?t really exist there. They tried giving me a pizza that I didn?t order and then they just picked off the... toppings to make it the pizza I ordered. The picked off items contained one that I have an high allergic reaction to and I couldof spent the night in the hospital if I had eaten it. Luckily I saw what they were doing and asked cancelled the order. Stillcost me $5 as they did not refund my tip. All the while the employees shedding off an I don?t give a darn attitude. Their pizzaquality from other orders is mediocre. Only ubake in town. Sad as I?ll probably never go there again. Whomever owns thisbusiness could be making tons of $ but I?ve seen others receive bad service here and at the other location that recently closedand who wants to give their hard earned money for bad service and mediocre food!!!??? Never has any employee ever told me they aren't taking any.more orders at 7 25 when clearly they close at 8 pm anyone ordering... here should call at least 1 hour ahead of closing so I'm guessing 7:30 is closing for this pizza parlor they should update theirweb page to say as such .disappointed Read more
The sandwiches are good, a little skimp but good. The pizza's are pretty good. So it ok in my book.
