Went here for dinner and had the French onion soup which is amazing and me and my girlfriend got the ribeye and sirloin entree.... Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection with care and thought behind each dish. The service was phenomenal and ourwaitress was very kind, informative and attentive. We stopped in after shopping in Old Port as we had heard good things. First, what a cool environment and great food. We brought... our toddler with us who was treated great by the wait staff and loved the food. I heard this place was one of the best in Portland, and it definitely lived up to the hype! Me and my boyfriend came here for my... birthday and our server (Alanna) was courteous, funny, and had all the answers to our questions as well as great suggestions onwhat to order! The restaurant is well organized and from some tables you can see almost the whole kitchen, which I thought wassuper cool. I got the filet mignon with roasted mushrooms and potato aligot- it was divine. My boyfriend got the salmon andbroccolini which he also enjoyed greatly. We finished with the blood orange sorbet which was perfect to round out the night. Allin all, we loved our experience and if we lived in the area I'm sure we'd return for future special occasions! Ridiculously overpriced. I feel like I was robbed. I ordered the scallops entree and I am filled with great regret. I got the... lobster added on as they claimed it was a special and let me tell you - it was beyond ludicrous what they charged me $61 for!! Ireally think they should not have called this lobster but more like essence of the lobster… I added the bread on the plate soit wouldn’t look so empty. I am ashamed to say I left and had to find food because I was still very hungry. I would NEVER goback and I surely won’t be recommending anyone to visit. I really want back my money if I’m being honest cause this is goingto haunt me for years! Read more
