If you come to Portland Mercado Food carts, you have to try this Argentina food truck! Order the pork ribs with chumichurri... sauce + salad. The pork ribs were perfectly cooked, paired with the sauce that give the perfect balance to the meal. Theempanada was amazing. Perfect crunch on the outside and great flavor with the stuffing.
