This stand makes a wonderful cup of coffee. BUT it's so silly they can't give me ice water for my kid. Like you charge almost... $6 for a large drink and ice is what is breaking black rock bank?! Seriously? So disappointed in a coffee shop that won'tgive you an ice water. This is also the ONLY BLACK ROCK that won't give ice water. Never ever had this problem before. Read more
This place is normally good. What spoiled today was the barista having a long flirt with the car in front of me and I had to... leave without my coffee as I don?t have time to sit in a drive thru line while the barista just chit chats with the customer for5min after the coffee was made and paid for. One of the most disrespectful service that I've ever received here. I've been going to a black rock pretty much every day for... the last 4 and a 1/2 5 years. Stopped by this location this morning and the heavy set , dark haired, tattooed person, who ismaking coffee, needs a lesson and customer service and being nice. Explain your situations, don't bark at your customers. Andthen throw a tantrum and slam the sliding glass door.. you're a piece of work young lady not sure why you're working in acustomer service business. I guarantee you, I will not be back here. Pretty sad that there are such vast differences betweenblack rock locations considering it's a corporate entity you think everything would be the same. $10 for a 32 oz ice coffee is Absurd. Read more
Staff at this location are very kind & helpful! They all seemed happy & upbeat, like they actually enjoy working haha. Line can... grow quickly but they are on top of it & you never wait long here. Thank you to the girls who made our drinks delicious & wereso nice!! Read more
