Absolute trash service. I love these burgers-- on the rare occasion that they're made correctly. I have had to go through a... super irritating experience in getting a refund through uber the last half dozen times I've ordered. Either they douse my burgerin mayo that I didn't want/ask for, or if not that they send me a burger with almost none of what I asked for. My last order forexample-- which I ordered because they messed up my first burger tonight-- came without 3/4 of the actual order. I ordered abacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, lettuce and BBQ sauce. What I received was a baconless, dry burger with no lettuce; itwas literally two patties and some onions on a bun. I'm very upset as this was one of my favorite places to order from, butthey've proven that this is not a mistake-- it's a pattern. They just simply don't pay attention. I have ordered a few times on GrubHub couple of times through Postmates there is no way to ask for ketchup or Ranch last time I... had 2 orders of onion rings and no Ranch to go with it! seems like you would send Ranch automatically with onion rings andketchup and or ranch with french fries and there is no way to call to even ask for it other than that the burgers have beengreat a little overcooked but good. -1 Star for getting order wrong (My burger was slathered in mayo when I had asked for BBQ sauce only. I ordered a VEGGIE BURGER,... for some people mayo would have ruined the whole thing) -1 Star for being a little too pricey. You're already charging $10+ fora cheeseless burger and fries, don't add $3 more to make the burger vegetarian. Otherwise, it was nice and tasty, and the onionrings were crispy. Read more
Ordered through Postmates tonight. The food was very sad. Why ask for burger temps if you?re going to cook it past well done?... Why have mayo on one side of the burnt bun? By the way, is it THAT difficult to toast a bun on the flattop? You?re ?generous?side of fries was filled halfway in a 6? clamshell. Onion rings were half burnt and half really burnt. When?s the last time theoil was changed in the fryer? Did you cook the same order in two separate fryers? With all the competition for restaurants,especially for take out/delivery, one would think that you?d act like you care about the product you?re sending out the door. Read more

Ordered for 4 people. burgers were all wrong on the toppings, cheese where it wasn't supposed to be, onions on everything... despite not being ordered. Ordered 1 gluten free burger (lettuce wrapped) and burger came with a couple pieces or romainelettuce thrown on top. (who puts romaine lettuce on a burger anyways) The burgers were nothing to write home about. Bland. Frieswere ICE cold and totally without flavour and they forgot the drinks with our order. SHAMEFUL. Wouldn't order from these guysagain with a gun to my head. Read more
