Edit: I've gone to this location many times after this review. I love burger king and this is the closest location, but this... location provides the worst service imaginable. Today I placed an online order, and it took me 15 minutes to get through thedrive through when there was only one car in front of me. This location missed items 2/3 times I've gone. RACIST! I am a brown muslim person, I went throught the drive thru ordered on the app a double whopper which doesn?t come with... any extras. They added bacon to it and when I drive 15 minutes back after I ate a bacon piece without noticing, they claimedthat?s what showed up on the system. Didn?t give me a refund or sandwich replacement. There was a strange man standing in the bushes while waiting for our order. Way too expensive. Food was old, dry,burnt and cold. No sauce in the bag. The "cheese" was not even melted. This has to be the one of the most ghetto burger king locations I've ever been to. There's trash and homeless people in the... parking lot, making it almost look like the location is shut down. The staff who work here are incredibly rude, and seem tothink their behavior is acceptable. The general manager who's name is "ming" is mysteriously never available when you want tocall to make a complaint... Which doesn't surprise me because based off of the demeanor and behavior of Ming's employees thereseems to be no oversight at all from management. Burger King is usually decent - but avoid this disgusting location at allcosts. There's another burger king location literally less than a mile up the road.
