My first trip to Portland and I?m glad this is the first coffee shop I try out! The staff was friendly and helpful with drink... choices and recommendations. Swung by this quirky and unique looking coffee joint to grab an Oat Milk cold brew whilst exploring the city. Pretty yummy! The... cold brew is non-sweetened and has a great medium Roast tasting earthy texture and balance. i love case study. i stop by here on my way to pick up my prescriptions at outside in a couple times a month and the staff is... lovely, the store itself is beautiful, and the drinks are good. my gripe is the conditions in which the employees are forced towork. to my knowledge, there's absolutely no air conditioning in the store. there are vents in the ceiling, indicating to methat there is some sort of central air, but it never appears to be turned on. i walked in today and it felt like an oven. it waseasily over 90 degrees in the store, since it was over 80 outside and felt cool and comfortable compared to the inside of thestore. this is atrocious!!! don't make your employees work in these conditions! box fans are not enough! they show up every dayand give wonderful service. they're the reason you even make money. their health and safety should be important to you. This place is your perfect funky fresh spot. I did not like what i had and that could be my fault for what i ordered (seriously... it was gross). The price was pretty high for a latte. This is why I don't do coffee joints. The atmosphere made it enjoyable.The place as this unique charm that Portland is known for.
